With 20 years of experience working in fitness training and health education, Heather will help you reach your fitness goals by developing a realistic, effective program that can be done in your own home or at any fitness facility. Heather will help you develop a positive relationship with exercise by building success from the start with emphasis on motivation, and support.

Come see Heather’s new, sun-filled private fitness studio in South Burlington. Heather specializes in working with people interested in healthy weight management, motivation, and fitness as a piece of overall quality of life. Whether you want to train for a race, or just get fit for more healthy energy, you’ll receive a comprehensive fitness program from Heather and on-going training and encouragement that pushes you to reach your best.

We’ll focus on the five areas of fitness:

  1. Muscle strength
  2. Muscle endurance
  3. Cardiovascular capacity
  4. Flexibility
  5. Body composition

Free consults for anyone interested in meeting with Heather and seeing the studio.

Heather works with individuals, semi-privates and small groups (up to 4 people.) This is a great way to cut costs and work out with friends.

House calls available.

I will work to educate you to not need me.

The fitness party is designed for you to invite any number of friends to join in an educational teaching session of everything you ever want to ask of a fitness trainer. Your group drives the focus including anything related to fitness and body composition analysis.
