Main Wellness Works is pleased to offer personal fitness training in your home (in the Burlington area). Emphasis is on building fitness levels for better health and function, being able to do all the activities you want to do while improving your recreational sports performance and enjoyment. We’ll focus on the five areas of fitness:
- Muscle strength
- Muscle endurance
- Cardiovascular capacity
- Flexibility
- Body composition
Working with your individual goals, we’ll build a personalized fitness program that is safe, non-competitive and fits realistically into your lifestyle.
Clients of all ability are welcome and encouraged to reach personal potential through supportive, professional training.
Very little equipment is needed for a comprehensive strength-conditioning workout. I can make recommendations, and bring equipment as necessary.
Whether you are an already conditioned athlete or can’t remember the last time you exercised, call me to talk about possibilities of building success with even just a small handful of sessions.

[2] The fitness party is designed for you to invite any number of friends to join in an educational teaching session of everything you ever want to ask of a fitness trainer. Your group drives the focus including anything related to fitness and body composition analysis.
